Proposed Membership Dues Increase

The STGCSA Board of Directors is proposing to raise dues $10 for Class A, B, & C members only to reflect a dues increase from the Lone Star GCSA.

Proposed Bylaws Amendment – Board Meeting Quorum Requirements

The STGCSA Board of Directors is proposing a change to the STGCSA Bylaws. This includes Article VI, Meetings, Section 5: “No business may be transacted at a meeting of the Board of Directors when less than 51% of the Board are present and at least 6 voting members.” (proposed 11-23-2026)
